Gary J. Cloninger
President and Founder
Gary Cloninger has been an integral part of the art and picture framing industry for over 45 years. Although he started working by choice when he was 10 years old cutting the neighbor's lawns, his first "real job" was working for a friend's mother who owned an art gallery. Her tutelage, first learning to hang art and later how to frame it, instilled in him his high standards of quality in design, business, and life.
He was amongst the first in the nation to become a Certified Picture Framer as certified by the Professional Picture Framers Association. This is the internationally recognized certification of picture framing knowledge and expertise.
His talents include all aspects of picture framing design and Museum quality picture framing including the design and manufacture of one-of-a-kind custom framing. Other talents include art consultation services, art restoration, and art installation for his client's homes and offices.
He has successfully completed framing projects ranging from Alexander Graham Bell's original patent for the telephone, an orignal map of the world dated 1502, to original works of art by such notables as Picasso, Ansel Adams, Renoir, and Norman Rockwell to countless thousands of framed pieces of contemporary art for Fortune 500 clients and their top executives.
